  Tipping in Montreal: Restaurant staff is expecting tips and usually its around 15% of the
bill amount. But depends on the quality of service you received. Taxi drivers also usually
accept tips and hotel staff like porters also.
  Store Opening Hours: Usual Shop stores are open hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday
to Wednesday, from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, and from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Saturdays.
But there are many exceptions. Some shops are open in public holidays also.
