    This is one of the old market in Toronto. In early days this was known as Jewish Market. Because of the multicultural communities, there are you can buy goods coming from different parts of the world. Kensington Market was named as a National Historic Site in year 2006.

    The open air market is a place to buy dry goods and meat products. This is in its full function on Saturdays. If you are interested about buying spices, don't forget to visit House of Spice. There are shops selling cheap cloths. If you got tired with walking along the streets, there are many restaurants and cafes to have good food, drinks and relax. Its advisable not to drive through this area because most of the streets occupied by shoppers. There are few cannabis cafés also located in this area.
